Sophie Constanze Polheim is a visual artist currently based in Leipzig and Berlin (Germany). She studied in the Class for Installation and Space at the Academy of Fine Arts in Leipzig and the TXT Department at Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam. She also holds a degree in Art History.
2016 she founded nyg|west - a projectspace for contemporary art located in Leipzig Lindenau. From 2019-2022 she was artistic director of the LINDENOW projectspacefestival.
